Our customers Increasingly need our support at their facilities.

For this reason our work does not end when we make a mould, we continue to support our customers during the early stages of testing, validation of moulds and parts produced by these, and start of production.

We can advise our customers on the use of the moulds and the maintenance processes necessary to extend the mould’s maximum service life.

One example of the importance that we at Aurrenak give to customer service is the creation of our plant in Mexico (Saltillo) in 2011. This plant specialises in maintenance, engineering and assembly of moulds.

This allows us to offer a more complete service to our customers in the NAFTA area.
